Cloud biscuits recipe

Recipe ingredients

• 2 cups sifted flour
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 beaten egg
• 2/3 cup milk

How to make cloud biscuits

• Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening.
• Combine egg and milk with a fork. Add to first mixture.
• Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.
